When you submit a request form, D West Life collects the business and contact details you provide — business name, contact name, email, optional mobile phone, city, and optional website or Google Business Profile URL.

How we use it

We use your information to follow up about your review setup and related services. We do not sell your information. SMS or marketing follow-up occurs only where you have given consent, and you can opt out at any time.

NFC tracking

If tracking is enabled, we may store aggregate redirect activity for individually identified NFC cards. We do not identify visitors, recover personal identities from taps, prove review completion, or collect private customer information through NFC scans.
